[fbb] Execution of FILE.exe

Hello fbb users... am having a problem execution the File.exe server
from Dean/ke0wo.  Back when was running the older 5.15 fbb versions,
the older revision of file.exe worked like FB... had no problems.
Upgraded to the latest/new 7.00f/g/25 fbb versions, and have tried
many times to execute file.exe ..with both the old version, and the
new 2k vers 2.3 ...but it does not want to work!  ...the following
will be displayed each and everytime it is executed.

Reads INIT.srv
Reads FILE.cfg
Reads FILE.rej
Reads FILE.num

Processing C:\FBB\SYSTEM\DIRMES.SYS

0 msgs were saved into 0 files

Nothing has changed in the cfg or other files... and seems to be set
up as before with 5.15 etc ... but was wondering if anyone else has had
a problem with it.  I am now running the FbbDOS 7.00g25 config... and
would like to be able to use Dean's make FILE server ... but something
aint happening for me.  Anyone got any ideas?
