[fbb] Sysop not rx carbon/multi msg

running D700i with BPQ408a on a 586 configured with DOS 6.22  New  system 
after total
crash of old one.  Was unable to recover anything from the old  disk.
 
Everything runs fine except:
   the sysop/console call does not rx the notice a Carbon 4 or  Multi message 
was sent.
   If other stations send Carbon 4 or Multi messages the  console/sysop does 
not rx a 
      a message.  There is no notice that  either of the servers has been 
used.  the old
      Carbon 4 server always sent a notice to the  Sysop/Console anytime it 
was used, 
       even if was the sysop/console sent out  the message.
 
Minor problem is that there is no list of stations that are to rx the  msg at 
the beginning
  of the msg.  The old Carbon Server put that in the beginning of  the 
message.
 
Any help is greatly appreciated.  Tried to get hold of G3WCS for his  
thoughts, but have
not been able to find a email for him.
