[fbb] Monitoring ports

Don't know if anyone is even on here anymore.  Running BPQ408a with  DOS700i.
Suddenly, only port 1 now shows up in the monitor and the BBS  does not 
respond to
anything incoming on Port 2.  This happened before and the  problem was 
caused by some
setting in the BBS.  Hoping someone can remember what it is.
