[fbb] Program Call

Hello,
        From the forward file of the WinFBB I want to call a windows 
beam rotator program.  I have tried this;

X D:\ROTOR\ROTORCNT.EXE 090

It does not start the program. Any ideas ?

I have been able to start the program from the start/run/command window OK.
