[fbb] Xfbb Problem

Thought I'd better post this here in case others are having the same 
problem.

I compiled xfbb7.04o on the weekend but when I went to run it, it 
returned a "stack smashing detection" error and aborted.

Thinking that 7.04o may have had a problem I recompiled 7.04m and got 
the same result.

It didn't take much Googling to find lots of examples of stack smashing.

Stack smashing detection was added to Linux (I guess most flavours) to 
reduce stack overflow vulnerability that resulted from code errors.

Whilst fixing the code would be the preferred option, a task that's 
beyond my ability, the work-around leaves fbb in no worse a position 
than it was prior to stack smashing detection being included.

All I did was compile fbb with the CFLAGS option -fno-stack-protection 
in the makefile.
