[fbb] FBB and BPQ32 - updated software

BPQ32 has been getting fresh attention from John
Wiseman G8BPQ and one aspect of this is an updated
interface with BPQ32.  I have taken responsibility for
packaging the new releases of BPQ32 and providing
documentation.  The BPQ32 Yahoo Group is the point
where releases and other details are announced.

It would greatly help if Jean-Paul F6FBB or Jesus
EB5AGW or whoever is 'in charge' of the Windows
versions of FBB would contact me so that this updating
can be best accomplished.
