[fbb] Message Problem

Hello,
I have no one here in West Virginia that I can forward with, and I forward via Telnet to California.Now this Happens with any message I send out to anywhere even if it is New Zeland England Spain USA etc After I get my bugs worked out,I have a few people who want to forward from me as most of my area and others have no forwarding since we lost a hub bbs a few years back.I am using WIN FBB 7.00E my forward file is included
