I found a bbs willing to work with me.  I am now running the kc0frr telnet packet bbs.  with full message capabilities if anyone wants to check it out, you can connect to it at 66.189.249.176 port 23 it is an fbb bbs.  if anybody would like to forward to me please feel free.  send me your call and requested bbs and I will get it setup so you can forward to me via telnet which would connect at same ip but port 6300
