Mike,

I went through lots of "googling" on this question myself.  I found the
following

1.  Win 700e has a 32bit version that I run under Windows XP.  I'm not sure
about its telenet capabilities since I haven't tried that.  I just needed a
BBS. Comments seemed to be that this was the most stable.

2.  Higher letter versions of 700 do not have a 32 bit version.

3.  There is also a 32 bit version win701-xx available with versions from
20-35.  I had problems with the versions above 26 starting up under Windows
XP but others report success.  It is an Alpha version.

There are several places where these are available.  Start with
www.F6FBB.org and go to the download page.  It's an ftp server and there are
two folders win and win32 with the files.
