[fbb] Telnet Setup

Hello,
Can I get someone to help me set up Telnet on fbb? I have found a few to forward with but now need to set it up.I am using a dsl connection.I have my modem conected to my dsl/ router it is a link sys then the computer with fbb is connected via lan cable not wireless
