[xfbb] 7plus and POP3 (2)

Hi Jean-Paul,
It has been mentioned by Arno, PE1ICQ in september, but POP3 received mail
cannot contrain 7plus parts. According the error message of 7plus "bit-8"
has been stripped.
Maybe you could think about a way to keep bit-8 for data-type packet
messages (FBB datatype "D") ?
