[xfbb] goals and objectives

Since I am having so much trouble with the implementation of fbb under
Linux, it looks like I am going to have to dedicate a box to fbb.

I am going to build a windows fbb system under windows 98se and see how
that goes.

Thanks for all the help from this list and hopefully, when the needs of
the spring slow down, I can look at a Linux implementation again. I will
have lots of fun playing with Linux in the meantime.
