[xfbb] goals and objectives

OK Alan
re linux release I do not prefer debian although the instalation doesnot
need to recompile the kernel.
I tried many releases of the linux and can say the best is Mandrake. If you
like higher kernels and
run it with FBB try Mandarke 9.1. The instalation comes with ax25 modules as
well. It accepts
libax25, ax25tools and ax25apps without problem. BAsicaly follow my web page
about FBB
installation.
