[xfbb] Terminal key F10

Hello
this time I have a question :)
I am running xfbb. When a user calls the sysop with command T the system is
beeping.
But when I use key F10 there is no any response. I ran WnFBB before years
and
remember that there the key F10 made immediate connect to talk to user but
here
with xfbb no way. Is it normal ? Or question: How can I then attend the user
when
he is calling me with T command?
