[xfbb] Monitoring in gateway mode

Hi Alan

You can monitor all traffic on your bbs without logging in to the bbs by 
using the following at the system prompt:
        listen -cart.

I use this all the time over my lan, however you need to be logged in as 
superuser (root) unless you have changed the access rights for the 
listen program.
