[xfbb] WFBID.SYS

Hi,

I have noticed that in my XFBB 7.04j WFBID.SYS has several MID/BIDs that
are associated with some message numbers and that some MID/BID's appear
more than once in the list. This results in the FI command showing wrong
message numbers for some BIDs.

Here is an extract of the last few entries in my WFBID.SYS (extracted
using my own code):

Notice that 4 Different Bids appear for message 3603 and 3605 and that 
some BID's appear twice, like:

27415_IK1YPH (1st Entry at 3603 and at 3605)
33847_IK5CKL (3rd entry under 3603 and at 3609)
18FDB0II_O2Q (1st Entry at 3605 and at 3610)

If I do 'FI 33847_IK5CKL' I get:

	$:33847_IK5CKL #:3603 T:B

Yet 'R 3603' shows the real BID is:

	Bid (Mid)   : F60412G4EBT

Similarly:

'FI 27415_IK1YPH' shows:

	$:27415_IK1YPH #:3603 T:B

'FI 18FDB0II_02Q' shows:

	$:18FDB0II_02Q #:3605 T:B

Looking thru the list using 'ml 20' I see the real messages for these BIDs
are:

3610    BF   1332 SMOKE @WW     DF3VI  0801/1708 18FDB0II_02Q

3609    BF   1501 ALL   @WW     IW5BEM 0801/1856 33847_IK5CKL

3605    BF    994 SYSOP @WW     IK1YPH 0801/1601 27415_IK1YPH

I think the reason this is happening is that the ID's get put in WFBID.SYS
as the messages arrive, but if the message filter causes a message to be
held they don't get real message number until released at which time
another entry is made in WFBID.SYS
