[xfbb] Config for a Telnet session to the FBB service

Bob,

Essentially all you need is the entry in port.sys, but you also have to
enable the M flag in EU <callsign> and set a password with the W flag,
for each user to whom you'll give telnet access. Looking at your file
below it looks like you're using the standard port for fbb of 6300 so,
once port.sys is sorted and the flags set, telnet <host> 6300 should
return the logon prompt.

If you going to use kernel ax25 for your TNC's you might want to change
port sys as per my example.

See how you go.
