[xfbb] INIT.SRV and MULTI

It's /etc/fbb.conf

I use a third party program by G0LGS to provide MULTI. Let me know if 
you can't find a copy and I'll send to you offlist. Stewarts website 
appears to no longer support downloads.

I use m_filter from the same author
