[xfbb] ubuntu 7.10 upgrade , xfbb now using 98% CPU

I just made a quick test with Ubuntu 8.04 and fbb 7.04j-7.
(fbb installed with: apt-get install fbb)

xfbb now uses 3 - 7% cpu power.
It seems that the problem is solved in this Ubuntu version.
