[xfbb] ubuntu 7.10 upgrade , xfbb now using 98% CPU

Danny,
That file is the one that's supposed to handle the installation as well 
as run fbb. That's the script that currently isn't working. It's the one 
called by /usr/sbin/fbb & in your rc.ax25

I haven't compared fbb and install_sh but the latter works and the 
former doesn't.
